Description:

Responsibilities:
As the Payroll Team Leader, you will lead a small team to provide customer focused payroll services for Comcare within legislative frameworks and work procedures. You will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll and application of enterprise agreement conditions.
You will be a positive and proactive team leader by providing advice to your team on complex work tasks. You will guide and develop your team through regular performance conversations and encourage a high-performing team environment.
