APS6 Project Coordinator, 12 month contract, $60.26 per hour

About the Opportunity
This role is a 12 month contract based opportunity with a high chance of renewal. A flexible, hybrid work environment ensures a great work-life balance - this is a Geelong based position and requires some time spent in office. This is a full time position open to Australian Citizens only.
About the Role
The APS6 Project Cordinator will work very closely with the Project Manager to support the system development lifecycle. The role will involve reporting, presenting at committee and requires good stakeholder engagement, coordination and report writing skills.
Responsibilities
- Providing business administration support, expertise and technical knowledge across a range of activities including systems, workload management, people performance, financial, staff lifecycle, knowledge and change management.
- Ensuring effective program management processes and methodologies are followed within the program for end-to-end reporting.
- Providing accurate and specialised advice ensuring knowledge of and compliance with relevant legislation, PMO guidelines, standards, procedures and policy frameworks for supporting program delivery.
- Analysing data and preparing a range of written material including program status reports and updates, business cases, Senate Estimate submissions, Ministerial and Agenc briefs, presentations and other corporate documentation.
Requirements
- Australian Citizenship
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in projects, PMO or business administration.
