ACCOUNTIVITY TEMPORARY STAFFING IS HIRING!
Our client in Peel Region, ON is actively looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their team.
Title: AR Clerk
Location: Peel Region, ON
SALARY: $20-23/HR
Job Description:
- Ensure accuracy of customer invoices
- Follow up with carriers to arrange PODs for Canadian customers
- Manage customer statement once a month via aging report
- Resolve any discrepancies with customers
- Complete collection calls and follow ups
- Apply payment remittances (EFT, wire)
- Weekly review of aging report with CFO
- Prepare daily bank deposits
- Complete vendor files by filing BOLs and PODs in related load file
- Any additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience full-cycle AR
- QuickBooks and Tailwind experience is an ASSET
- Advanced Excel skills
- Previous work experience in the Logistics industry is an ASSET
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Great team player
- Attention to detail
- Highly organized
