SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or Economics.
- Minimum 2-year experience in finance (Nissan or external), specific experience in SSC is an advantage.
- Fluent spoken and written English, advantage French knowledge

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with 3rd party customers, IC partners: answer questions, coordinate balance reconciliations, AR balance confirmation letters etc.
- Review & provide guidance on AR reconciliations prepared by Offshore SSC,
- Aged item review of debtors, follow-up and analysis,
- Investigate and resolve pro-actively any blocker in the AR cash-collection, invoicing
- Compile, review and oversee bi-monthly payment proposals
- Manage order block release according to the Credit Limit situation
- Handling the end-to-end factoring process for the FR entity related to Fleet sales and co-operate with Sales Department
- Monthly AR & Overdue report to Nissan Automotive Europe, the HQ of Nissan in Europe; review all accounts, key performance indicators, set up action plans for cash collection etc.
- Presentation of the AR overdue status on monthly bases to the Nissan West Europe Finance Director
- JSOX & Audit control, provide all documentations requested (external/internal),
- Participation and implementation of projects, coordination with IS/IT / Business according to the needs,
- Support the business with the end to end AR processes and systems/workflows,
- Monitoring manual invoicing arranged by Offshore SSC India, highlight any issue
- Communication with local business departments, customers, suppliers, external providers etc.
