We are looking for talented and team-oriented Architectural Consultants that thrive in a fast-paced, long sales-cycle environment. You must be comfortable with the technical nature of our products and have experience in the architectural building products field.
Structureworks sells pergolas and other outdoor structures designed and manufactured at our Fredericksburg, VA factory. This position works in a customer education and business development role to help our Sales team design projects and support our customers. You will work with architects and design professionals across North America to find the best product and design for their residential and commercial projects.

EXPERIENCE LEVEL

Two or more years performing the responsibilities listed below

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, architecture, or construction management

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience delivering educational presentations to large groups
• Experience working with CRM (such as Salesforce or Odoo)
• Excellent verbal & written communications skills
• Ability to speak professionally & with confidence about building products & construction techniques
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, & manage time effectively in our dynamic, entrepreneurial work environment

EDUCATION

Tuition reimbursement

• Conduct in-person & virtual lunch & learn presentations
• Serve as a a subject matter expert to build relationships with architects, landscape architects, & other design professionals
• Write CSI specifications for customer projects
• Build an accredited course catalog for the architecture & design market
• Provide internal training on target market sales methods & relationship building techniques
