Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Diploma / Certificate in AutoCAD drawing or Architecture
- Sound knowledge of AutoCAD software
- Practical knowledge in BIM Revit will be an advantage
- Min 3 years of relevant working experience in producing construction detailed drawings, furniture & interior fit-out work
- Must be able to read and understand drawings
- Meticulous and able to work independently
Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed shop drawings and construction drawings, with quality and accuracy.
- Generate as-built drawings.
- To liaise with Project Manager, Architect, Designer and Consultant on details drawing.
- To coordinate with sub-contractors and carpenters on fabrication details.
- To carry out proper documentation to current drawings / document.
- To ensure drawings meet relevant code and compliance requirements.
