Description:
A well-established architectural firm looking for skilled architectural drafter / technical executive to join our team.
You will be working closely with the lead architects/team manager to prepare detailed, accurate drawings from rough sketches and estimations, and provide the information required by clients, contractors and various approval bodies.
Responsibilities
- assist in checking architectural plan layout adheres to building codes and compliances specialising in industrial developments
- preparation of all submission drawings and making electronic submission to all statutory boards
- preparing detail, tender, and construction drawings on BIM/Revit & ACAD software
Requirements
- minimum Diploma in Architctural or its equivalent
- minimum 4 years experience in construction industry
- proficiency in using drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, BIM
