Architectural Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Project administrations and architectural co-ordination which include preparation of floor layout drawings, door scheduling, shop drawings submission BIM systems and submissions.
• Liaise with main contractors and consultants to ensure all technical requirements are met where applicable.
• Project planning, scheduling and monitoring to ensure timely completion of projects assigned.
• Attend site coordination meeting and prepare minutes of meetings for follow-up actions.
• Assist Contracts dept. for progress claims and final accounts of projects
• Assist in other business activities as and when assigned.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Architectural, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Must be Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD and BIM 3D Modelling
