We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual who has the drive to succeed to join our team as a Architectural & Technical Sales Consultant.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for personable self-starter as this is a standalone role with experience in finding and developing new architectural leads. As you will be scoping new clients, you will need to be a confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a drive to succeed. Ideally you will have previous experience within the windows or building industry but just as important is your willingness to learn our products and your commitment to the growth of the role.

  • competency in networking and building new relationships remotely
  • affinity for technical selling
  • previous experience in CRM
  • experience in lead generation platforms such as BCI, Estimator One, advantageous
  • qualifications in Business Marketing, Engineering, Architecture or a Trade, desirable

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this newly-created crucial role reporting to the General Manager, you will identify and develop new architectural leads. Your responsibilities will include fielding architectural and technical product enquiries, providing technical consultation, specifications, and producing quotes, utilising industry tools to review upcoming projects and following through on BCI leads with a focus on getting our products specified at drawing stage.

Key responsibilities:

  • identify and develop a pipeline of direct opportunities to grow sales
  • build strong relationships with decision-makers
  • deliver compelling online sales demonstrations showcasing the benefits and value proposition of Aneeta Windows solutions
  • navigate the contract negotiation process
  • keep internal management teams updated on sales activities, growing pipeline, and sales forecast
  • achieve set targets and adhere to key performance indicators
