Tsebo Facilities Solution is looking for Architectural Technician responsible to provide to draught and design space planning, test fits and layout for the necessary client concepts and approvals, according to the client brief, and prepare working drawings according to the set specification for various projects in the most cost effective and aesthetically appropriate and compliant manner. Specify finishes, material and furniture and fittings and equipment. Manager small projects from inception to completion

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Grade 12 (non-negotiable) plus….
  • NQF Level 5 or 3-year National Diploma/Higher Certificate
  • Dip/ BA or BSc in Interior Design preferred
  • Architectural Technician Certificate minimum
  • Registered with the South African Council of Architectural Profession (SACAP), Draughtsman
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a space planner, designer and project coordinator
  • Managing a project, from inception to completion, including all design documentation, orders, minutes, and close out – projects under R2M
