Architecture Manager

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Architectural
• 10 years’ experience as an Architectural Manager with a Main Contractor.
• Display the ability to complete the projects assigned.
• Keen eye for detailing and coordination.
• Experience is IDD or Virtual Design and Construction.
• Possess Green Mark Manager certification will be an added advantage

• To be fully proficient in LTA requirements and specifications.
• Ensure all construction drawings and BIM models are accurately coordinated to prevent rework or defects.
• To produce and review all shop drawings and method statements to ensure works are carried out correctly.
• To plan the submissions and approvals of drawings and materials.
• To coordinated with authorities, clients, consultants, project and HQ, subcontractors and suppliers.
• To lead the Architectural team to plan and supervise the work.
• To propose cost effective methods and designs to minimize cost.
• To resolve any conflicts amicably between all parties in the project.
• To prepare accurate and detail progress reports.
• To prepare high quality PowerPoint slides and present effectively.
• To ensure all documents and drawings are in order for the purpose of TOP and handing over.
• To ensure all AS BUILT drawings and models are completed in a timely manner.
• To support the HQ for the purpose of the final accounts settlement with the clients and subcontractors.
