QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Technical/bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or related careers.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Over 10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Java/Web technologies, including Java, Springboot, Javascript, SQL and NoSql databases (Oracle preferred), Solutions Architecture, System Design, Microservices, Diagramming Applications, and related tools required
  • At least 3 years in a management position.
  • Knowledge of databases and data lake technologies such as Oracle, MongoDB, Snowflake or equivalent.
  • Experience with AWS desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of software and data architects.
  • Work with stakeholders to determine priorities for the team.
  • Participate actively in defining the architectural vision for the company.
  • Ensure the team delivers technical solutions that meet the needs of the business and align with our company’s overall architecture and technology strategy.
  • Provide knowledge leadership in the areas of web-based development, infrastructure, application layers, and databases.
  • Ensure that the architecture team addresses issues of scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
  • Ensure that the team works effectively and collaboratively with the development teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the healthcare industry, and evaluate their potential impact on our system.
