Description:

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 1-3 years of experience in Marketing Research roles, with a demonstrated ability to analyse and interpret complex data and to perform strategic thinking and planning

TECHNICAL / FUNCTIONAL / LEADERSHIP SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Deeply curious about understanding Consumer behaviour & attitudes and how it relates to adoption of new categories & Brand Building
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with ability to synthesize actionable and forward-looking insights from research findings and other available information
  • Commercial acumen & incisiveness to identify drivers of Category, Consumption & Brand performance
  • Expertise in Consumer Research Methodologies – Applications & Limitations
  • Good communication skills (Oral & Visual Storytelling) to drive recommendations with senior stakeholders
  • Resilience to manage and deliver multiple complex projects simultaneously in a dynamic business and BAT environment
  • Strong collaboration skills and a proactive attitude, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships;
  • Passionate and effective about developing people and keeping them motivated though high-pressure environments.
  • MS Office (PPT, XLS), ideally you’d have some experience with Power BI

EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS / CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • Graduate degree in business, economics, sociology, data science or related technical field
  • Proficiency in English & Ukrainian

Responsibilities:

WHAT ARE THE KEY OBJECTIVES AND EXPECTATIONS FROM THIS ROLE?

The objective of this role is to stand for the voice of the consumer, put insights into action and help Area & Market teams think ahead & solve problems before they happen.
Area Consumer Insights Specialist is responsible for on-time in-full delivery of actionable consumer insights, that support business decisions.
Reports to: Area Insights and Foresights Senior Manager
Number of Direct Reports: none, self-leading
Geographic Scope: SEE Area

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:

  • Support Insights & Foresight Manager in finding opportunities for our business by analysing trends and market shifts, integrating internal and external information.
  • Ensure all research projects are delivered on-time in-full
  • Ensure proper approaches/methodologies are chosen to meet the objectives of the studies
  • Develop the comprehensive and actionable insights reports and presentations for stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Central Insights team and other functions (Market Intelligence, Planning, Consumer Experience, Category teams, Finance, LEX: Legal & External Affairs) to gather and synthesize data in order to maximise actionability of insights we deliver.
  • Actively contribute to regular Insights reviews and deep-dives for strategic meetings
  • Actively participate in continuous learning and development activities to build and maintain expertise in Insights and Foresights methodologies and tools
