Midas Hospitality is currently seeking a dynamic Area Director of Sales to join our team at the Hilton Garden Inn & Springhill Suites hotel located in Little Rock, AR. This position will also work directly with the Director of Revenue Management to support the hotels in maximizing revenues.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and respond to all customer inquiries within 2 business hours.
  • Negotiate and capture all profitable Transient, Group and Catering business in accordance with selective selling guidelines.
  • Correspond with potential customers providing any requested information concerning bids, proposals, confirmation of bookings, thank you letters, follow-up letters, etc.
  • Develop, maintain and execute quarter SMART PlansDocument and report all sales activities as required BY Midas Hospitality standards using Salespro
