Our Sales team is looking for a Area Manager, BMW Group Brands & Commercial Finance.
What awaits you
The Area Manager, BMW Group Brands and Commercial Finance will predominately be responsible for the achievement of Financial Services targets relating to Retail Finance, Corporate Sales and Commercial Finance. They will support the CSO and the Manager, Product, Marketing and Customer engagement on driving performance across the BMW Group Dealership Network within NZ.
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to delivery of all BMW Financial Services Targets relating to Finance Penetration, Finance Volume, and Retail Contract Volume associated Corporate Sales, Commercial Finance Responsibilities together with Training & Governance tasks and achieve BMW Group Profit objective and Margin contributions
Qualifications & Experience
Certificate IV in Financial Services or Credit Management
Degree in commerce / finance or alike (not mandatory)
Previous finance and insurance industry experience
Previous automotive experience in a retail/wholesale environment
Proven track record in sales / marketing & account management
Full Understanding of Responsible lending Regulations, CCFA, Fraud, AML requirements
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
Possess a high level of personal responsibility and integrity.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work autonomously.
Creative Problem Solving
Proficient in MS Suite
