Responsibilities:

  • You must achieve sales and profit growth targets, as well winning new and securing existing gas and welding equipment business
  • Further, you should manage the retail store – including inventory, cost control and leading the local team
  • Management of the local distribution model is part of your role
  • Work with local industry bodies and trade allies to represent and grow BOC’s position within the local community and industry
  • You will deliver customer training and product demonstrations
  • Supporting, implementing, and driving group strategy, policies, and procedures
  • Understanding, monitoring, and reporting competitor activity and market trends
  • You will promote customer-centric focus, innovation in products, services, and ways of interacting with customers that add value to the customer and BOC.
  • Take ownership for developing, mentoring, and coaching employees to build their skills and capabilities
