Are you a seasoned leader ready to ignite a team of champions? WesTrac is searching for an experienced, forward-thinking Area Manager to take the reins of our elite service teams, setting the stage for Exceptional Customer Experiences!

In this role, you will:

• Lead with passion and precision, guiding our Perth Branch Service teams to unparalleled heights of customer service excellence and unlocking growth opportunities
• Craft operational strategies that not only meet but exceed our 5-year organisational vision, hitting KPI’s with finesse while keeping safety, quality, and efficiency at the forefront
• Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, infusing lean principles into our DNA to spark innovation, foster creativity, and transform our workplace into a hub of Safe, Productive & Enjoyable endeavours
• Collaborate seamlessly across departments, weaving a tapestry of synergy to elevate performance standards and redefine the very essence of Customer Experience

Location: Perth Precinct (Perth Airport, WA)
Roster: Monday – Friday, 9.5-hour days
