You will foster collaboration within your team and other departments in efforts to provide world class customer service,

Responsibilities:

  • Coach your team to deliver on the customer experience every time
  • Achieve and exceed all targets for the Area and Region for a balanced dashboard
  • Embrace and implement change as needed for business success
  • Influence behavior to develop and strengthen the retail culture within the Area - create the environment for success. As well as in the overall Region
  • Be a change agent in championing changes to your Area and Region
  • Maximizing customer experience scores and building customer loyalty within the Area and Region
  • Maximize store profitability and Area’s Operating Income target.
  • Develop a top sales team and foster a culture of growth and development
  • Support the recruitment efforts of your store managers
