AREA MANAGER- SPECIALISED APPAREL
Established over 35 years ago, this leading Melbourne based retailer specialises in swimwear for all! Currently, they’re in search of an Area Manager to join their team, overseeing 7 Victorian sites.
As a seasoned retailer, you will inspire your teams with passion and authenticity, playing a pivotal role in cultivating connections, fostering growth and achieving success, as well as embodying the brands core values. Customer service and an exceptional in-store experience takes centre stage!
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Extensive muti-site experience spanning 3-5 years
- Experience overseeing 5+ sites
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- An agile personality and exceptional problem solving skills
- A proven track record implementing strategies to drive sales and growth
- Effective team leadership with the ability to identify growth and development opportunities
- Experience in delivering talent acquisition initiatives
- Proficiency executing and upholding merchandise strategies
- Experience overseeing stocktakes and inventory control
