Nursery Area Manager - Haringey

Salary up to £42k

To oversea 2 nurseries

• Contractual hours will be 40 hours/week - spread across either 4 or 5 days

subject to discussion and there may be a possibility for remote working up
to 1 day/week.
Annual leave will be 20 days/annum (10 days to be taken
when requested in addition to nursery closure dates – 1 week at Easter and

1 week at Christmas)

• To work alongside the nursery managers, Senior Management Team to lead the nursery to

reach an outstanding grading with OFSTED standards.

• Responsible for nursery staff recruitment, ensure setting policies are followed throughout the

recruitment process.

• Responsible for training the team to be Outstanding team members and managers
• To play an active role in completing action plans that support the development of areas set out

in the ‘Corporate Plan’. e.g., resourcing and setting up new branches.

• Ensure that the overall image of the nursery is always professional for parents and prospective

parents. Responsible for show rounds of prospective parents.
