CPM is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our Asda Media Implementation team. As an Area Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing Field Colleagues and ensuring the successful implementation of point-of-sale (POS) materials, including stock and fixtures, within designated Asda stores. We are offering £X plus 10% company bonus scheme, company car, mileage, and other benefits!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• Field management experience ideally within grocery
• Someone who loves to work in a fast-paced environment where every day is a new challenge!
• Be available to work Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30. There is a requirement to complete a Wednesday evening shift once in every eight weeks (until 11pm). You will receive time off in lieu that week.

• Have great planning and organisation skills and can manage your time effectively, meeting deadlines
• Are a great communicator, able to lead and motivate your team
• Are able to analyse and review date to identify potential areas of growth
• Are passionate about doing a great job and inspiring the team to have a winning ethos
• Be a self-starter with a positive disposition is essential
