Description:

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in international B2B sales.
  • Strong commercial acumen and mature negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of your time.
  • Experience in the textile industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).

  • Professional proficiency in German and fluent in English.

  • Excellent communication and commercial skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Budget Management:
  • Prepare and implement your sales budget in coordination with the Group Sales Manager.
  • Aim to achieve the sales objectives for your region.
  • Ensure consistent pricing and accuracy of outgoing quotations.
  • Track and analyze your results (turnover, contribution, stocks, etc.).
  • Take proactive actions when results deviate from targets to ensure sales objectives are met.
  1. Customer Relationship Management:
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with existing customers and prospects.
  • Foster long-term partnerships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  1. Market Exploration and Business Development:
  • Actively prospect and develop new business opportunities within your region.
  • Identify potential markets and clients to expand our customer base.
  • Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Anticipate commercial opportunities to stay ahead in the market.
  • Grow your commercial network by representing BekaertDeslee at regional and European fairs.

In this role you will report directly to the Group Sales Manager of your region and work closely with the internal sales officer responsible for your region to ensure seamless operations. You will participate in quarterly European Sales meetings to align with overall business strategies and goals.
