Responsibilities:
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Analyse trends, competitor offerings and how they compare to the VGA product lines.
- Review Marketing Plans and plan consistent and effective guidelines for dealers.
- Promote the digital marketing modes and techniques.
- Manage up to 15 dealers for the NSW region.
- Track and act on dealer stock pipelines for the market.
- Engage with national dealers to identify improvement opportunities and improve enquiry/closing ratios.
- Ensure dealer compliance with VGA Training programs.
- Manage dealer accountability with regards to agreed action plans, provide solutions and advice based on dealership expertise.
- Prioritise actions to maximise customer satisfaction, retention and experience
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following:
- A passion and drive for sales including working experience within sales
- Automotive or dealership experience in particular driving dealer performance metrics preferred but not required
- Strong analytical and presentation skills plus the ability to interact within the company divisions to get the best results.
- Demonstrable problem-solving and strong stakeholder influencing ability
- Achieve industry-scale sales budget metrics and KPIs and a passion for pursuing goals that are set and agreed to.
- A strong understanding and working knowledge with excel and Salesforce preferre
