SKILL/QUALIFICATIONS CRITERIA REQUIRED FOR APPLYING:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related discipline.
- 4+ years of selling experience in the tire/automotive industry or consumer/commercial industry, preferably with exposure to dealer networks.
- Strong key account management, selling, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work with a sense of urgency.
- Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and customer management skills.
- Proficient in communication, including local dialects.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
Responsibilities:
- Execute individual and team Annual Operating Plan by driving Sell In and Sell Out in retail.
- Collaborate closely with Area Sales Manager to ensure timely and accurate handling of sales orders, tire supplies, and shipments from the factory to customers.
- Develop a deep understanding of the tire and retail market in the assigned area to identify key players and sales opportunities.
- Implement operational plans to secure volume growth through Sell-Through productivity and expansion in the white space.
- Focus on expanding tire sales with existing distributors/retailers and explore opportunities for incremental sales with new customers.
- Incorporate retail support activities such as training and resources allocation into the Operational Plan.
- Gather competitors’ marketing, pricing, and other relevant information to inform strategic decisions.
