Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

Our German team is looking for an Area Sales Manager - South + South West Germany who will be part of running our area retail relationships. Your region will include locations such as Munich, Nuremberg, Ulm, Augsburg, Stuttgart, Karlsruhe, Mannheim, Freiburg. Through your customer-oriented approach and understanding of each customer’s unique needs and preferences, you are a support throughout the entire customer journey. At ZEEKR, we build strong relationships with our customers by offering outstanding service and guidance through the chain.

THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO MOST OF THE TIME:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our sales network in your region, ensuring needs are understood and met.
  • Set and achieve specific area sales targets that contribute to ZEEKR’s overall revenue targets.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand trends in the automotive sector, identify new opportunities and stay one step ahead of the competition.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service to our retail network and address any issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments within ZEEKR, such as Sales, Service and Logistics to ensure smooth operation and coordination for area sales.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback and market trends, providing valuable insights to ZEEKR management.
  • Ensure that all activities and transactions comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Be the focal point for your area sales network for aftersales queries, ensuring communication to ZEEKR aftersales team to ensure our sales teams have the information and support they need.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU SHOULD DEMONSTRATE:

  • Experience of working in a regional/area sales role within the automotive industry. Your background may include experience from OEM, dealer groups, franchise partners.
  • A customer-oriented approach with a strong understanding of sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Solution oriented with the ability to analyze problems and explore different types of possible solutions.
  • Good collaboration skills, you are used to working in teams and with colleagues from different departments.
  • Attention to detail and a high degree of independent thinking and analytical ability.
  • Excellent presentation skills and skilled in negotiation.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office as well as fluent English and German, both spoken and written.
  • Degree in Business or similar is a nice-to-have.
