Area Supervisor - Wellspring

We have a successful partnership with our clients and we are looking to recruit an Area Cleaning Supervisor on a part time basis, you’ll be required to work 15 hours per week, Monday - Friday.

Alongside supervising the delivery of the contractual cleaning service, it will be your responsibility to co-ordinate a small on-site team of cleaners, ensuring the supervision of onsite cleaning to ensure provision of an effective and efficient service in accordance with customer requirements across multiple sites. Other duties will also include;

• Arrange staff cover for absence through sickness and holidays.
• Assist the Area Operations Manager in the completion of staff annual reviews in line with the agreed procedure.
• Ensure service levels are communicated and achieved.
• Equipment and products are stored, maintained and replenished as required.
• Attendance and time management is monitored.
• Ensure health and safety guidelines are observed onsite.
• Carry out routine and non-routine cleaning duties as and when required in accordance with the cleaning specification and to the desired quality
• Organisation and monitoring of staff under their supervision to ensure achievement of relevant cleaning standards
