And now, we are on the lookout for a superstar Area Visual Merchandiser to join the JD Sports family.
The Area Visual Merchandiser will oversee seven (7) JD Sports stores, and will be responsible for maximising store sales and profit through the execution of visual merchandise directives and outstanding store presentation. You will lead by example and train your team of Visual Merchandisers to assist with upholding Visual Merchandising standards in store and support the Store Manager in maintaining a high level of store presentation.

Reporting into the State Visual Merchandise Manager, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Complete regular store visits and action plan for improvement
  • Manage the Merchandise presentation guidelines and its roll-out execution across the region
  • Develop the IVM and store teams to deliver visual excellence in line with company guidelines
  • Ensure the timely execution and compliance of Visual presentation is maintained across the region
  • Lead visual set-up of new store openings
  • Execute visual updates and communicate direction to stores
  • Manage execution of campaign/product launch set-up in store and feedback relevant imagery
  • Induct and train IVM team to build bench strength for future expansion
  • Manage region weekly photograph uploads to deliver consistent, visual excellence
  • Review store key financial KPI’s to action plan to deliver growth on budget
