Job Description
Title of role – Arista Network Engineer
Location – Helsinki, Finland (Hybrid or remote within Finland)
Employment Type: 6-12 month contract
JOB Description
Hands on experience over enterprise level networks, capable of trouble shooting complex network issues independently.
Design, Plan and deploy network from beginning to Implementation of Data Centres
Review customer network designs for an EVPN, VxLAN, leaf-spine architecture and make recommendations for deployment and operational efficiency.
Assist with configuration build-outs including creating network provisioning automation using Python and tools such as Ansible
You will provide customer advice regarding architectural questions, product prerequisites, product features, etc.
Ability to understand the client’s business objectives and technical needs
Ability to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for sales and clients
Maintain professional relationships with teammates, partners, and clients
10+ years’ working experience with network technologies including network design and deployments of Campus and Data Center networks. Knowledge of leaf-spine architectures highly desired.
Expert knowledge in the following areas: Ethernet, VLANs, VxLAN, EVPN, IP Routing, TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, eBGP, Multicast, QoS, WAN, Network Observability
Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills
Resolve customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application or compatibility matters.
Interpersonal skills and product knowledge and expertise are critical to responding to daily customer-centric activities.
Troubleshootproblems with hardware equipment and software applications and recommends corrective action.
Document customer communication and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development.
Extensive experience in Arista Networks including CloudVision portal.
Experience in Arista Switches, Nexux Switches for Data Centre deployment.
Experience in Cisco / LAN HPe Procurve / HPe Aruba Switches
Certifications
Mandatory -Arista Cloud Engineer (ACE) Level 3 / Level 4 / Level 5
Added advantage– CCIE – R&S, DC, JNCIE.
