Responsibilities:
As an ARMO Mechanic III, you will be responsible for:
- Troubleshooting, testing, assembling, disassembling and performing visual inspection of electro-mechanical assemblies.
- Assisting in reworking and repairing drilling equipment.
- Performing complex and difficult tests with minimal instruction and documentation.
- Being able to identify and communicate technical problems by using logical troubleshooting techniques.
- Coaching to other technicians in areas of proven competence.
- Being compliance with HS&E policies and procedures
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have Electronic or Mechanical academic background
- Demonstrate a good technical and mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn and improve knowledge and skills.
- Have +3 years maintenance related experience in electro-mechanical function of relevant industrial experience.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, assembly prints and parts lists and follow formal procedures and maintenance practices.
- Knowledge on hydraulic circuits and ability to troubleshoot faults.
- Proficient in the use of multimeters, megohmmeters, hi-pot testers and other basic instruments.
- Basic level of analytical ability to find solutions to complex technical problems.
- Advanced computer skills.
- Be a team player with ability to work independently and demonstrate good problem-solving and analytical skills
