Your role

Imagine being the driving force behind our sector engagement initiatives, working hand in hand with our 5 Heads of Practice to bring programs, events, and special projects to life. From coordinating event logistics to preparing proposals, you’ll be at the heart of it all.

  • Facilitating high-level administrative and project management support for sector engagement initiatives and projects
  • Coordinating event logistics with precision to guarantee the success of programs, projects, and events
  • Assisting in drafting and organising proposals, contracts, briefing and reports to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintaining accurate records by inputting organisational contracts into our internal systems
  • Collaborating with our Heads of Practice to monitor acquittal, budgets, and expenditure

  • Previous administration experience providing high level support
  • Numerical skills for monitoring budgets
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience preparing briefs, project plans and reports
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and aptitude for learning new online platforms
