JOB SUMMARY:
Human-I-T is seeking a talented and mission-driven AI Chatbot Developer to join our team in creating a groundbreaking Digital Navigation Bot. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing conversational AI solutions, a deep understanding of natural language processing (NLP), and a passion for leveraging technology to promote digital equity. Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain the Digital Navigation Bot using NLP and machine learning techniques
- Integrate the chatbot with various APIs and systems, including Zendesk, EveryoneOn, and BigCommerce
- Develop and optimize chatbot conversational flows to provide personalized assistance and recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including program managers, customer support, and stakeholders, to ensure the chatbot aligns with organizational objectives
- Implement multi-language support for the chatbot, initially focusing on English and Spanish
- Monitor chatbot performance, gather user feedback, and continuously improve the user experience
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in conversational AI and NLP technologies
- Document chatbot development processes, best practices, and technical specifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing conversational AI solutions
- Strong expertise in NLP, machine learning, and conversational AI development
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Node.js, and JavaScript
- Experience with chatbot frameworks and platforms (e.g., Dialogflow, Rasa, IBM Watson)
- Familiarity with API integrations and database management
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for using technology to drive social impact and digital equity
