KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Key Qualifications

  • Program or technical project management in software development is required
  • Strong technical proficiency - Search and Recommendations experience is a huge plus
  • 3+ years of program management, including experience taking features through the complete software development life cycle
  • Built global products by collaborating across Product, Engineering, Data Sciences, Analytics, Design and other key partners
  • Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and logical structuring abilities
  • Ability to turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous input into solid action plans
  • Consistent track record of shipping complex customer-facing and backend engineering projects under demanding timelines
  • Knowledge of A/B testing
  • Strong facilitation skills (requirements sessions, design meetings, progress and status meetings)Best-in-class communication and presentation skills (written & verbal) to all levels of an organization

DESCRIPTION

Description
On this team, we drive and ship large, multi-functional programs and feature areas. We lead all aspects of multiple concurrent features including scope, requirements, timelines, and prioritization. Our day-to-day includes program managing, execution, and risk assessments in order to meet the overall program goals: to foster collaboration across a broad team of cross-functional partners to formulate the roadmap and manage intake pipeline. We play an active role in improving how features are built and executed in the Apple Services Engineering organization. And we help set the strategy and communicate status and issues to stakeholders at all levels. Finally, collaborate with Design, Engineering, Data Science, QA, Legal, Finance, Privacy, Anti-Fraud, Business Operations and other organizations to develop and improve Apple Services Engineering’s suite of features.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

BS/BA Degree and/or MBA preferred
