PROFESSIONAL SKILLS:
- Good understanding of brand comms planning, (measurement, tracking, data driven optimizations)
- Ability to manage an Agency relationship, People focused and team-worker
- Data-driven mindset with focus on performance optimization, with an ability to organize and crunch data, interpret metrics and identify trends
- Ability to rationalize and make a clear analysis of facts presented
- Strong project management skills (e.g., building & rigorously tracking work plan).
- Strong interpersonal communication skills (verbal and non-verbal) to share expertise
- Delivering results working effectively with internal and external partners.
- Passion for new media, tools and techniques.
- International experience: working outside of own cultural environment; across multiple countries.
Responsibilities:
TO EXCEL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE:
- Education: Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
- ~ 5 years Media/Digital Agency and/or Media Owner /or Consultancy /or Client-side experience in digital marketing & traditional media of which atleast 3 years in local execution roles
- Strong knowledge of planning and buying across all media (TV, Digital etc)
- Expert knowledge in Digital paid media including Programmatic, Social, SEM
- Hands on experience with digital activation & campaign management tools (Google, Meta, Tik-tok)
- Experience managing large and complex projects across multiple countries (esp in SEA)
- Understanding of consumer journey, mapping against media strategies & channels.
