The Opportunity:

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
- Strong corporate and commercial experience
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation experience including procurement contracts
- Experience working on large strategic transactions
- Preference for mergers and acquisitions experience
- Experience in the financial services industry preferable but not essential
- An understanding of the regulatory regime and Corporations Act familiarity
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritise
- Ability to be doer and confident being on the tools
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience
- The ability to understand and adapt to the needs of the business
- A current practising certificate
