Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Chief of Staff (Investment Platform) of Pictet Wealth Management (“PWM”), this role as part of the PWM Chief of Staff team is instrumental in achieving our strategic priorities and financial targets.
As part of a high-performing team, you will assist our Asia senior management by coordinating the Asia Investment Platform with our Front Office and our Investment Platform colleagues delivering business & financial insights and supporting the planning, monitoring and implementation of strategic initiatives.
1. Work with the Asia CEO, the Asia Executive Committee and the Chief of Staff (Investment Platform) through delivery of precise and in-depth analysis of the Asia Investment Platform’s strategy, offering, initiatives, data sets and presentations
2. Work closely with other team members and departments across Pictet Group (i.e. Pictet Alternative Advisors or Pictet Asset Management)
3. Opportunity to contribute to longer-term vision for the business strategy of PWM Asia
- Lead and own projects across their life-cycle:
- Quickly understand the business issues and opportunities
- Work with stakeholders to identify, analyse, and document project requirements and structure work accordingly
- Lead requirements gathering, definition, and documentation
- Highlight and manage project risks & issues
- Develop and maintain project plans
- Provide clear and accurate reporting to key stakeholders and interested parties
- Being the first point of contact for the Asia Investment Platform team queries and respond with clear answers in a timely manner
- Go to person for the day to day management of the Asia Investment Platform team
