Job Summary:
The regional business analyst for Asia Land reports directly to the Reg FP&A Lead who together supports regional reporting of its Asia Land financials. Key focus on producing meaningful management information and business insights on Land for Asia region ie SEA (SG, Philippines, Vietnam) and NEA (China, Japan).
Interacts with Regional Head of Finance, Finance Operations Managers, Regional Business Line Controllers and Group Control in the Netherlands.
Key Responsibilities:
Monthly reporting
Monthly reporting and analyses of regional results and deviations compared to forecast. Analyse result development drivers and monitor their evolution (including metrics such as DRO, backlog and utilization). Business Partner to Land Asia on supporting financial decisions and analytical insights through PowerBi
Forecasting
Analyzing the Forecasting process together with Regional Business Line Controllers, Regional FP&A Lead
Special Projects
Support the Regional FP&A Lead or Reg Head of Finance in various special projects
KPIs
Accuracy and timely reporting
Forecasting accuracy
Develop new analytical insights (PowerBI)

Regional Business Line Directors, Business Controllers, FSSC, Service Line Managers, Regional FP&A Lead, Reg Head of Finance

Experience and Knowledge:
Degree (Finance, or related)
Working experience: 3 to 5 years
Languages & Proficiency: English
