Asia Pacific - Package Development Manager

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma (at least 5 years of working experience on package in similar industry or FMCG)
• Or Degree holder major in packaging, mechanical engineering or material science are welcome
• Able to work in office and lab environment
• Knowledge in Japanese or Korean language is an advantage
• Some overseas travels may be required (OEM, Packaging suppliers, packaging exhibitions)

MAIN PURPOSE

• Research and Development of Packaging & Beauty Tools from design to production following Shiseido packaging development and quality standards working closely with marketing and operational stakeholders to deliver products to consumers on time and in good quality.
• Search for packaging innovations and recycling systems to support our sustainability direction.
• Analyse APAC packaging regulations, consumers’ perspectives, competitors’ activities and share within the group.
