Responsibilities:
MAIN PURPOSE
The Marketing Trainee is responsible for supporting and assisting the team in the Operational marketing activities of 4 luxury fragrance brands for APAC domestic Markets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing
- To coordinate the collection of data and analyses performances in APAC.
- To prepare reports and information gathered from the markets to consolidate to HQ.
- To disseminate marketing guidelines and information to markets
- To coordinate with local markets on marketing calendar and animation plans
- To undertake daily marketing & administration tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the marketing department
Media / Communication
- Liaise with media agency to obtain necessary information for the purpose of media planning
- Assist with media schedule for advertisement productions and monitor delivery of orders
- Analyze performances on media investment with Agency
- Prepare PR program and analyses KOL profile before sending to HQ.
Visual Merchandising
- Define visual merchandising plan per POS (Light box , planograms…)
- To validate visual adaptation and update on visual focus.
- Visual Merchandising material planning and stock management
Events
- To assist Brand Manager in the coordination of events in the region
- Organize production material related to the events (invitations, gifts, catalogs etc..) and ensure availability and timely delivery
- Create post event report to share with HQ and team
