As a MANDARIN SPEAKING Trade Sales Support team member at CARTERS Papakura, your role will be pivotal in providing essential support and communication to our Account Managers and the broader team to effectively serve our ASIAN BUSINESS Building Trade Customers. In this dynamic role, you must excel as a versatile sales administrator, embracing a “no task is too big or too small” mindset to thrive amidst unique daily challenges.
- Process customer orders accurately and promptly resolve any arising issues to ensure customer satisfaction.Collaborate with transportation partners to arrange prompt and efficient delivery to our trade customers.
- Diligently track backorders to ensure comprehensive follow-up and fulfilment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by swiftly identifying suitable products, preparing and loading customer orders, and completing sales documentation accurately.
