JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Trabajar eficientemente y productivamente en la asistencia y apoyo al Gerente de planta en el cumplimiento de sus funciones, tanto en calidad como oportunidad para el desarrollo y crecimiento de la organización. Asimismo, apoyar en el diseño e implementación de estrategias y actividades para el cumplimiento de los objetivos de la Gerencia creando un ambiente de alto desempeño y desarrollo.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Asistir y apoyar a la Gerencia en el cumplimiento de sus funciones, tanto en calidad como oportunidad.Apoyar en el diseño e implementación de estrategias y actividades para el cumplimiento de los objetivos de la Gerencia.Crear un ambiente de alto desempeño y desarrollo.Establecer un canal de comunicación dentro la Gerencia y en Corporativo mediante:
avisos de ausencia, días festivos, reporte de visitas extranjeras a GMC, reporte de salidas de los asociados de GMC al extranjero (ITR)
