about the company:
My client’ is a prominent microscope manufacturer, they specialize in optical microscopes and related equipment for microscopic specimen preparation.
job summary

Responsible for troubleshooting and ensuring efficient production output.

• Location: West (company transport provided)
• Working hours: Mon to Fri – 8am – 5.30pm
• Salary range: Up $2800

Responsibilities:

• Build and deliver instruments
• Follow prescribed methods for cable routing, electronics installation, and mechanical assembly.
• Analyze, and address standard work problems.
• Identify daily technical issues and collaborate with engineers to resolve priority concerns.
• Guide and provide technical support to Specialists.
• Propose suggestions to enhance workmanship standards.

Requirements:

• Min nitec in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronic, Electrical).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in manual assembly operations manufacturing.
• Proficient in using manual hand tools such as screwdrivers, torque wrenches, and Allen keys.
• Possess expertise in addressing challenges through the application of various Problem Solving Methods, including Fishbone analysis
