ABOUT THE ROLE
FDM is the market leader in the Recruit, Train and Deploy industry. We recruit and train graduates, ex-forces personnel and returners to work, transforming them into IT and business professionals before deploying them across our client base. During your placement year, you will join the dynamic University Partnerships and Recruitment Team in London. In this role, you will liaise with students, prospective applicants and university staff.
In this multifaceted role, you will support the growth of FDM’s relationships with key universities, whilst building and maintaining relationships with candidates – encouraging them to apply to FDM and supporting the selection process. We are hiring in our central London office where we operate in a blended working culture, working from home two days a week with three days spent in our offices coming together with colleagues from across the UK.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Relationship building with University Partners and candidates throughout the candidate journey
- Develop and deliver presentations, workshops and webinars to students
- Attend regular careers fairs and campus events
- Organise and run virtual and in person assessment days
- Support the Recruitment team with assessment results
- Provide administrative support as required
