Responsibilities:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work to be performed, tasks to complete and responsibilities of the role
- Secure appropriate venues for exams and track related costs.
- Allocate and manage staff for exams.
- Conduct training for staff on their roles and responsibilities during exams.
- Professionally and promptly attend to enquiries via phone and email.
- Manage L1 support to candidates during live events where needed including training and rostering staff.
- Assist with ad-hoc administration tasks as directed by the Project and Event Delivery Manager.
- Flexibility with working hours which may include some evening and weekend event management ensuring end to end coverage of critical events and timely delivery of projects.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff, teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Excellent digital literacy skills to utilise a vast variety of software for the purposes of the role.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving needs and requirements within a dynamic environment
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Relevant qualifications and/or a minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar role. (desirable)
- Advanced skills and experience of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and Access.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- High level verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills with successful experience in meeting strict deadlines and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to effectively interact with people from a range of backgrounds and levels.
- Ability to work as part of a team or independently and accept a high level of responsibility.
- Ability to deal with complex situations and demonstrate strong critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in utilising data to assess process effectiveness and make informed decisions. (desirable
