We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Asset & Fleet team as an Asset administrative support. As an integral part of our department, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative assistance and ensuring smooth operations.

A snapshot of what you will be doing here:

  • Collaborate with the asset department to support various tasks, including but not limited to:
  • Creation of purchase orders in our ERP systems SAP.
  • Transfer of assets in SAP.
  • Data collection and updates.
  • Follow-up on ongoing orders, including delivery acceptance, collection of asset data, and completion of delivery acceptance forms.
  • Store documents in SharePoint.
  • Manage shipments by preparing tags and labels.
  • Upload documents in TCR SharePoint Library.

We are looking for an individual who:

  • Proven experience in an administrative support role or similar position, preferably in a procurement or supply chain environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch or French.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office is necessary.
