We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Asset & Fleet team as an Asset administrative support. As an integral part of our department, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative assistance and ensuring smooth operations.
A snapshot of what you will be doing here:
- Collaborate with the asset department to support various tasks, including but not limited to:
- Creation of purchase orders in our ERP systems SAP.
- Transfer of assets in SAP.
- Data collection and updates.
- Follow-up on ongoing orders, including delivery acceptance, collection of asset data, and completion of delivery acceptance forms.
- Store documents in SharePoint.
- Manage shipments by preparing tags and labels.
- Upload documents in TCR SharePoint Library.
We are looking for an individual who:
- Proven experience in an administrative support role or similar position, preferably in a procurement or supply chain environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch or French.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office is necessary.
