Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
Thiess is seeking a dedicated, organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team at the Component Rebuild Centre (CRC) in Darra.
In this role, you will efficiently execute reception and administrative duties and coordinate all site communication.
You will manage the accounts and costs of the Thiess Component Rebuild Centre and TMS functions, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and delivering on time, cost, quality, and compliance objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage day-to-day administrative activities including answer calls, handle mail, plan & schedule work, time sheets and all other matteres related to CRC operations
- Word processing and data entry to ensure all correspondence, reports, and notices are laid out in accordance with Thiess standards
- Prepare and action various reports, maintain project records, ensure compliance with ISO standards, and report on project progress and issues.
- Support team effectiveness, share knowledge, seek to improve systems and practices, implement changes, and foster a climate of innovation.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders, understand and meet their needs, allocate resources effectively, and enhance internal and external relations with professionalism.
