This is a home-based role (preferably within commuting distance of Milton Keynes).
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Asset Compliance Coordinator to join our compliance/asset management team. This home-based role involves ensuring all submitted statutory/compliance documentation meets the required standards. You will report to the Head of Technical Services and work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and address any issues promptly.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, CERTIFICATIONS, AND TRAINING REQUIRED:

  • GCSE in English and Maths or equivalent.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Experience with CAFM systems, preferably Maximo.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Awareness of fire safety, fire risk assessments, and fire alarms/life safety systems.
  • Awareness of asset management and building services/systems.
  • Previous compliance exposure.

Responsibilities:

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Undertake daily reviews of compliance/statutory documentation from either self-delivered work or sub-contractor delivery that is submitted to Maximo and clients’ CAFM systems, ensuring clear and concise information is subsequently provided to compliance administration for any remedial actions to be created in line with contractual and/or legal requirements.
  • Identify any non-compliance of the submitted documentation, with attention to detail being paramount.
  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external customers to address any issues identified, enabling timely resolution.
  • Raise remedial actions and manage them through to completion, liaising with internal stakeholders, sub-contractors, and clients as required.
  • Provide cover during periods of absence to ensure the team and business are not compromised.
  • Assist the Technical and Compliance Team as required to ensure the continued compliance of the business.
  • Assist with asset capture and validation exercises, especially during new contract mobilisations.
  • Contribute to the development of improvements to the compliance processes within the business, improving PPM paperwork and providing technical expertise where needed.
  • Support the Asset Manager as required during periods of contract mobilisations.
