Asset Custodian
Job Description
Asset Management: Asset Audit, Asset Inventory, Part of Exit Clearance, Asset Retrieval Monitoring. This resource will be excellent in tracking & record system and be able to recommend process improvements for AdSales Asset Management. He will be responsible for making sure that all assets are accounted for and inventory is updated. He will handle asset preparation and issuance for new hires and break/fix, receive returned assets, initiate requests for purchase requirements, ensure that all assets are working properly, work with suppliers for repair. He will also be required to be onsite full week, M-F on mid-shift preferably 5pm-2am, 8pm-5am or 10pm-7am with flexibility to change hours of coverage based on business needs. He will be responsible for requests needed to be made such as SUDA enrollment of devices; troubleshooting and other forms of support related to the program’s assets. He should be good in reporting. He will be made familiar with AdSales environment and technology requirements.

The Asset Custodian works under general direction, provides basic system-level support of a multi-user operating system, hardware and software tools, including installation, configuration, maintenance and support of these systems and asset preparation and audit. This position requires fundamental knowledge of basic troubleshooting of desktops, phones and computer related accessories. His main responsibilities will cover the accurate inventory management of all the IT assets of the Sales Program.
