WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to join our corporate Asset Management team.
As an Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting various aspects of real estate portfolio management and financial analysis. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the strategic decision-making process.

Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in Property / business analysis or property valuation incl. experience with larger portfolio analysis / data analysis (preferably real estate)
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong knowledge of valuation methodologies
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Previous experience in a valuation department or real estate analysis is advantageous
