About the Role
The Asset Management Coordinator is a member of the Client Services Team and is responsible for providing high level, quality service for the effective administration of funds paid in Court for persons under a legal disability (beneficiaries).
This role co-ordinates property related transactions across Client Services and is also responsible for a small portfolio of client files.

About You

  • Demonstrated experience providing high level, professional, customer-focused operational support.
  • Ability to maintain high-level of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Very strong numeracy and accuracy skills.
  • Experience using administrative systems, in particular, Microsoft Office suite, preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven high level organisational skills, including the ability to problem solve, prioritise workload and meet strict deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to use initiative and problem solving skills whilst working under pressure.
  • Experience in the trustee industry would be highly regarded.
  • Experience in the real estate, building and/or conveyancing industry would be highly regarded.
