WHAT WILL YOU DO?

You won’t achieve all this on your own. Leading your team and collaborating with individuals across Engineering, Operations and contracting firms, you will:

• communicate and embed the asset management strategy: translate this into clear accountabilities and deliverables including cost efficiencies
• lead and develop your team: coach and motivate your team to enhance engagement, capability, performance and talent succession development
• optimise operational capacity: deliver plant and equipment reliability and availability to ensure production targets are achieved
• share advancements in asset management: educate your team and the Slab Casting department to grow understanding and engagement of new asset management approaches and technologies
• oversee governance and compliance: implement and review management systems and processes to meet safety, legislative, regulatory and business policy requirements
• facilitate innovation and creativity: foster an environment that encourages and recognises new thinking and ideas to deliver continuous improvement
